Dr. Dominic Castellano
Dr. Castellano received his undergraduate degree with high honors from the University of Florida. He went on to receive his medical degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine in 2002. He completed an internship in general surgery and a residency in otolaryngology/head and neck surgery at Eastern Virginia Medical School. Dr. Castellano then dedicated an additional year of training to Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery by completing a fellowship at the University of Texas Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery in Houston.
Dr. Castellano specializes in aesthetic enhancement of the face with special emphasis on cosmetic and reconstructive rhinoplasty. In addition, he specializes in aging face surgery including: blepharoplasty (eyelift), face lift, brow lift, neck lift, lip enhancement and otoplasty. He utilizes the latest endoscopic techniques while focusing on minimal incisions to ensure the most natural cosmetic improvements. He is an experienced surgeon with Botox, the latest cosmetic injectable fillers and laser treatments. Additionally, he performs skin cancer excisions and reconstructions.
Dr. Castellano performs the full complement of ENT procedures including endoscopic sinus surgery and nasal surgery.
Dr. Castellano is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery. He has a number of professional affiliations. He is an active member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery as well as the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery.
Dr. Castellano’s hospital affiliations include St. Joseph’s Hospital and Memorial Hospital. In addition, The Castellano Specialty Center has an accredited operating room where elected procedures will be performed.
